First, I bought two beers in then I made a second purchase of two more beers. However, I have noticed an incorrect debiting of funds- I was charged for six beers, even though I only bought four in total.

To whom this may concern,
I was seated in block 130 on 19/07/25 for the Usyk vs Dubois boxing fight. During leaving the fight (quite literally after the whistle was blown) I was at the entrance of block 130 & was in the middle of my friends and while waving my arms in the air I believe my bracelet has fallen off of my wrist.
I then went to the toilet to the left side of block 130 which was the womens toilet. Once I had exited the arena and I was still right by the entrance I then realised my bracelet wasnt on my wrist. As soon as I realised I then turned around and ran and followed my steps to look for it, which unfortunately I was unable to find. It was a full bracelet with around 15+ charms on.
I started to cry and was asking people around me & security guards if they heard or see anything get handed in.
Unfortunately it hasnt been. I think the incident happened around 10:45pm and would be grateful if I could be contacted to even potentially view any sort of video evidence of the area I was in at that time to see when it fell off as clearly it has been picked up by someone

Heard nothing and now it’s getting annoying I want paying for my flag
I attended the game versus Greece on 10/10/24. I handed my flag over to a steward at the front; he put it up.
I saw him move it before kickoff. At full time, my friend went to collect it and it was gone. The steward said he never moved it.
It's an Aston Villa and Panathinaikos Greece flag. I'm not happy.

Taken £1400.00 for 2 tickets. No official confirmation.
Worried this is a scam. Have sent numerous messages just asking for confirmation of the tickets and the date I have booked. Not asking much. Nobody bothered to just confirm the date.
Cant book any accommodation without it. Fed up

I used your callback service and am still waiting for the call.

Had a brilliant day watching the rugby.
But unfortunately, people were vaping in seats I near me. This is a trigger for my Brittle Asthma I had asthma attack.
At end of the match I had second attack that I needed help with as it was a much bigger attack.
Your first aid were very helpful. I appreciated their help.

Hello, dear Wembley team. I was with you again at the weekend for AEW All In.
Unfortunately, there was a small mishap. I bought something to eat with my German bank card. The payment process went through and was accepted. Your employee then informed me that the card apparently didn't work, even though the payment was confirmed.
A supervisor came over, cleared the till, and also told me that the payment didn't go through and that German cards cause problems. I then had to pay for everything again with my other credit card, which worked. Now, I've checked my payment and found that the amount was debited from both cards.
I'm wondering how I can get my money back? Best wishes from Germany.

I'm writing to you because of my ticket situation. A year ago, I bought tickets to see Taylor Swift in concert. I'm going with my son and daughter. They are really happy about it since we are traveling to the UK for the first time ever and seeing Taylor Swift for the first time ever. I recently checked the seating plan and saw that our seats are in section 232 which are restricted view seats. Nowhere was this mentioned when I bought the tickets through AXS last year. I just wanted to ask very politely if it is possible to upgrade our 3 tickets to a non-restricted view. Our seats are Section 232, Row 8, Seats 139, 140, 141.
I'd be really thankful for any opportunity.

Hi there, extremely disappointed by the security staff at the venue this evening for the Taylor Swift concert
My girlfriend took my sister (aged 11) to the concert along with 2 of her friends. My sister (aged 11) got slightly overwhelmed - she suffers with very bad anxiety - and asked to leave.
My mother and myself waited outside for the whole concert, upon asking to leave, my girlfriend asked security inside if they would allow her to bring my sister (aged 11) to the gate so I could collect her. The security inside said that was fine. However as my girlfriend went back to enter the concert, they said she was not allowed - leaving her friends who she was staying with and bag which included hotel key and battery pack for phone. The concert still had and hour to go!
Having spoken to the police, they even said that the no reentering policy was ridiculous, going as far as to suggest that my girlfriend could be escorted to her seat by a member of staff.
Now what was my girlfriend meant to do from a safety point of view? Stand in the cold with no phone battery or way of getting home?
Not to mention we have travelled from the north of England to be in London. Spending £100s on travel, accommodation and the concert tickets themselves (costing £200+). My girlfriend has been excited for months for the concert and this has been ruined by your venue.
This is really unfair punishing an act of kindness for someone that needed help.
Mental health is important.
Especially for a young 11 year old.
I would like a full investigation of this incident. I will be using my contacts in the media and the press to talk about this disgusting incident.
